My upper arms tend to be very stiff, to the extent that my range of motion is limited by pain. Using pain release balm allows me to move more easily and comfortably when dong activities like yoga. I have had extensive lumbar surgery and fusion due to collapsing spine form Post Polio Syndrome I have an implanted spinal cord stimulator and had had break thru pain.
