Delta-8’s legality is unclear in 4 states: Arizona, California, Minnesota, and Mississippi.

Delta-8 THC is illegal in 17 states: Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, New York, North Dakota, *Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, and West Virginia.
