I started using this balm a few years ago for some back pain and knee pain and it has been a game changer. Recently I got my mom to start using it as well as has very severe back spasms and previously it would take her 45-60 minutes to get to sleep due to the pain. Now that she uses it nightly she is falling asleep much faster and sleeping through the night! I also recommended it to my coworker.
