I first found this at the farmers market in Vancouver, WA. I had a shoulder giving me problems. Worked like magic. So when I tweaked my knee hiking with my daughter, I knew exactly what would help. I was right. At 63, a mild sprain was a concern. I don’t recover like I used to. But I’ve been using this product for a week (had to order more!) and my knee is already improving. Fan for life!
