I'm so excited to have found Organic Green Roots! I'm a kindergarten teacher and I've struggled with falling asleep at night for so many years. I can't turn my brain off at the end of the day. I spiral with thoughts of lesson plans, classroom management and to do lists as I'm trying to wind down and fall asleep. I had been taking melatonin nightly just to get sleep, but no longer!
