I have trouble sleeping (50+ female) and this oil has really made a huge change in my sleep. I don't feel groggy in the morning like if I took a sleeping pill. I honestly hardly feel any effects other than it really calming me and making me feel sleepy. I drift off to sleep and before I know it, its morning.
