My sister-in-law recommended this product to me. I tried it for a few days, and it did seem to help a little with the chronic pain that I have in my knees and lower back. I haven't tried it long enough to give it a thorough review. There is one thing that I wish it didn't have, and that is the minty fragrance. I am susceptible to smells and prefer a lighter or no scent.
